Newbie in Central Florida

Hello all!

I am a basketball player overseas, and I am currently in Clermont, FL until my next season starts back up after the summer. I'm 24 years old, and recently made the decision to become a real estate investor. I am interested in starting with wholesaling until I have enough capital to buy and hold. I am also interested in manufactured homes, as there are quite a few manufactured home communities in Florida. 

I've been reading the forums and gaining insight from as many blogs, podcasts, and guides as I can. However, I decided the best way to start was just jump in and get involved! I am excited about this new journey, and open to networking and learning from other peoples' experiences!
