Appraiser in St. Louis, MO looking to Start investing!!

Good Evening everyone. I have been trolling on the forums for a bit and decided I should introduce myself.

I live in St. Charles, MO and appraise residential homes for a living. Being in the business, I have a growing interest in investing.

Im currently trying to decide how I want to get started.

Thinking that now is the time to find some undervalued properties in good rental areas.

Any suggestions from those that have experience in the st. louis/st. charles area?
