Hello BP fam!! My name is Brian Cain and I currently reside in sunny Pasadena, CA. I'm new to the exciting world of real estate investing. Being new I took the time to get educated on the subject by the teaching of a few mentors, tons of bigger pockets youtube videos and a few good books I picked up along the way. After reading many of the BP forums I feel I'm finally ready to step from behind the computer screen and finally get my feet wet. I believe I just found my first deal but ill post that in a separate discussion. I just wanted to take the time to introduce myself and just express the excitement i have of finally taking the first step to post my intro. The way this community comes together to help one another out is unlike any I've seen. Look forward to getting to know you all.
