Hello All! I’m from Chicago (McKinley Park, Bridgeport) and looking to the get into rental properties. From a strategy perspective, I think I am leaning towards buy and hold. Right now, I’m learning about the different ways to finance deals and researching good potential neighborhoods to get into.
