new willing to learn investor in DC Area
Hello, I am in the military stationed at Walter reed National Military Medical center in Bethesda, MD. My wife is a police officer In Washington DC. Both my wife and I are wanting to get involved with Real estate, I have been researching areas, listening to podcasts, and reading books to expand my knowledge. As of right now I don't really know where to start in the DC area because of how expensive houses are. Any tips or advice on getting started in the DC would be amazing. Also does anyone know if there is any Bigger pockets meetups in the DC area?
