New member currently working on my 11th unit
Hello, my name is James I'm new to bigger pockets. I'm currently working on a buy and hold 6 unit apartment complex I own that will give me a total of 11 units over the past 4 years. I have used land contracts, foreclosures, and refinancing to grow my portfolio. If anyone has any questions or comments I'm all ears.
