Newbie- Former Pro Soccer Player venturing into the REI world
Hows it going BP Community!? I just finished a 10 year career as a soccer player and I am now transitioning into the world of Real Estate Investing. REI has always been my second passion and luckily I can now devote all my time to it. Im currently living in San Diego but I'm looking into investing out of state as you all know the prices here. Obviously I'm looking to start out with a little less risk than a market like SD's. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Looking forward to meeting many of you over a cup of coffee and learning from each other!
Below is a letter I wrote as an 11 year old to my future self about my goals in life. Luckily I didn't get in trouble with "polices" haha. Hope people get a kick out of this!

Definitely got a kick out of the letter (curious if you were as accurate with the predictions about marriage/kids as you were with the professional predictions haha)
