Flipping Virgin in Central New Jersey

Hi! I live in central New Jersey and would like to start flipping houses. Problem, is i have done the research and i just don;t know where to actually start. I dont have the cash for deposits on hard money lending, so would love to get to know some people in the area that can give me some great advice!
