Hello BP Community!

My name is Samantha Santaniello of the Bergen County New Jersey region.  I am a CPA and currently working in the accounting field.   I  just recently opened a Tax practice as well on the side with my sister as we are both CPA's. She specializes in real estate tax  and after learning about all the tax advantage of a real estate investor, i became interested in wanting to start investing in single family or Multi-family homes in the area.  I have been listening the the BP podcast for some time and i am very excited to start my journey  to create passive income in order to retire at an earlier age and spend more time with my family.

Hi Samantha,

I am also a CPA in the North Jersey area. I currently work full-time, however, I'm also doing some part-time work for a construction company which specializes with investors. We do all the construction needed for flips, rehabs, rentals, etc.  If you are ever looking for a contractor in the area to help you out please feel free to contact me. Everything we do is to make the investors life easier.
