New Investor in North Jersey
Hello Bigger Pockets,
New investor from North New Jersey. I'm currently in the finance end of the automotive dealership side of the business. I've been in the business since 2011 and now have made up my mind to transition out and start to apply my skills that I have acquired for my family's long-term financial future.
Im just starting out I'm and I am in the process of finding my first deal which will be a house hack. If anyone has any recommendations on realtors In the North Jersey area that will understand the situation and can relate to wanting to find a deal apposed to just buying the first house i find. Not looking to look at 10 houses every weekend and will do my own legwork until I find the one. Someone who gets that i will be submitting lower than asking offers on multiple properties.
