Newbie from Puyallup, WA

My name is Wesley Cheng. I was from Los Angeles, CA, then moved to Dallas, TX, then moved to Manhattan/Queens, NY. Currently, I live in Tumwater, WA and plan on moving up north to Puyallup, WA where my cousin lives. I have little or puny amount of knowledge in real estate, but have been learning about real estate 1 month ago. I am currently working as a general dentist for my 1st year. My goal in real estate is to learn and obtain multiple flows of cash and stable source of passive income for early retirement and entertainments. I started out learning real estate in youtube because I want to be exposed to different strategies of making money in real estates, one of which I came across BiggerPockets and I am extremely interested in its strategies on single-family real estates. Recently, I'm learning on multi-family real estates strategies.
