New to R/E investing and Biggerpockets

Hello. I am new to this site and R/E investing. Not sure which way to go at this point although I have been intrigued by tax lien sales and flipping. I would love to learn more. I am currently living in Sacramento Ca and would love to network with folks in or out of the area.
