New member hopeful, Eastern Shore of Va
Hello everyone,
my name is Daniel Hart. I’m 24 years old and am interested in getting my first deal within the next year, July 2019 at the latest. Moving back home to the Eastern Shore of Va, about an hour south of Ocean City, Md. Looking to get my feet wet in the forums and soak up as much knowledge from everyone that I can along the way. My area isn’t very populated, home town has around 200 people in it. If any investors live on the Eastern Shore I’d love some input to get going in a rural area. Thanks everyone!
