Buy and Hold in Sacramento, CA
Hello!
Obviously new to the forum, posting in the NMI area and all. Military member, have bought one place, lived for a couple years in it, and sold. Used profit to buy current house. Planning to start investing in buy and hold multi family residences. Not stuck to investing only in California, am happy to explore around the country in lower cost of living areas.
