New Investor in Philly!
Brand new investor here, looking to meet with people in all facets of the business (wholesalers, buy and hold, title companies, real estate agents, etc.). Have done lots of reading of online material, books, etc. and simply need some human contact. The few REI meetings I have attended so far have either been no-shows or asking for$10K to $20K for have access to education materials or mentoring. Heading to a new meeting on Tuesday and looking forward to it. I was told to get on BP so here I am! I look forward to learning.
