Intro from new buy and hold investor
Hi BP! I have been thinking about investing in real estate for quite some time now and am ready to jump in with both feet!. I bought a few books, watched a bunch of videos and save a large portion of my income to use for investments. I am amazed at the depth of resources that BP offers! I am looking forward to making some great friends and mentors here. Primarily looking at the Parma Ohio area for investment rentals. I am living in Maryland now buy used to live in Parma for a few years. I see homes going off the market in days!
