Newbie out of Metro Denver
Hey everyone!
My name is Morgan and I've been lurking on the BiggerPockets website for quite sometime and finally decided to get more serious! I think BiggerPockets is a great resource for any questions that may come up and a great way to meet new people, especially in your area.
I'm currently a senior at the University of Colorado Denver and while exploring career options, I came across real estate investing, specifically wholesaling.
Now I've read SO MANY articles and posts about wholesaling and am still a beginner but I'm looking to expand my knowledge on wholesaling, maybe find a mentor in my area (Denver Metro Area) and work towards my first deal!
Eventually, I would like to move past wholesaling and get into rental properties, which I think is a great way to earn passive income but my main focus right now is wholesaling and to start networking!!
Can't wait to learn more!
