New investor in Louisiana
Hi all, I'm a new real estate investor in Denham Springs, Louisiana (just outside of Baton Rouge). I've been a licensed real estate agent for about 3 years part-time as I've held a full time job in Higher Education. I am now leaving Higher Education and going full time real estate. I own two rental properties and I'm looking to now start single family home flips. Looking forward to learning and connecting with you all!
