cash job, and a low credit score, but the income is there

Hi there! I am super new to this world, but incredibly exited to start! I have some cash saved up, no credit cards, no good or bad debt, a low credit score as im starting to build it with a secured card, and my job pays CASH, so i have no proof of income besides my bank account and some of the cash that doesn't touch the account.

What would be a good first step to take to getting into my first property?

Tori, please don't take offense to those that are rude or demeaning with their comments. Please chew the meat and spit out the bones.
