New Member from Greenwich, CT by way of Brooklyn, NYC
Hello All -
N00b here, just moved to Greenwich, CT from Brooklyn, NYC. Owner of a property in each city and now focused on investment opportunities with upside (renovations, change of use, working thru legal issues, etc.). I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty, literally and figuratively!
By day I work in commercial real estate lending in NYC, and I'm also a professional engineer, so I'm happy to help the community in anyway I can. I'm looking forward to networking with local investors/partners, contractors, brokers, etc.

Hey Paul! I'm new here too. Just finished my first flip, and recently got my real estate license in CT. Looking forward to seeing your progress, as well as my own!
Victor/Mike - I need an attorney to assist me with closing. Any locals you would suggest? Property is in Bridgeport. Would be good info for both Paul and I!
