Hello all!

My name is Dylan Crutcher, and my wife and I are new to the Houston, TX area.  I have been a member of Bigger Pockets for about a year now, but this is my first time introducing myself in the forums.  First of all, I want to say a huge "thank you" to everyone who is actively sharing knowledge on BP.  Many of you have shared information that I found invaluable in learning about real estate investing.  We haven't yet purchased our first deal, but we're actively saving and searching for our first buy and hold.

Thank you!

Dylan

Dylan, Glad you have been finding BP information valuable, it's a great place to share ideas. If you like attend tomorrow's Tax Foreclosure auction by Harris County to learn how to pickup your first buy and hold property. I can give you details regarding place and time if you DM me. This live auction is a great place to start learning - keep your check book at home :)
