Hi all. Long time forum lurker but first time poster. Love the BiggerPockets forums and podcasts.

I am from the NYC area and currently live in Central NJ. Interested in acquiring small multi-families / commercial properties in and around NY, NJ, or eastern PA. Main interest is in cash flow properties in stable areas.
