Hello from Mid-Michigan!
Hello everyone, my name is Stu Kruske. I have been an investor since roughly 2009. However have not yet broken into real estate. I have been researching everything for the past month pretty religiously, every day looking for leads and listening to podcasts and researching terms. I am in communication with a few sellers already and trying to form a deal via lease option, or buy hold and flip.
It would be awesome to meet some people in my area that have done this successfully! Anyway, happy to make my first post on Bigger Pockets and hope I can start working my way towards financial freedom.
