New RE Investor in Palo Alto, CA

Hi BP community,

I'm looking to start investing in properties to fix and flip and would love to network with others especially in the Bay Area.

I don't have much experience in the Real Estate world so all of the knowledge I have is from doing my own research online, reading, looking through BiggerPockets, and listening to BP podcasts, all starting around a month ago.

If anyone would like a free cup of coffee, I'd love to get you one and chat about what you're doing.

Thank you!

-Franklin

Welcome to BP @Franklin Chan. Serious question though...if you're new to real estate, why would you start with one of the more advanced and risky strategies such as fix and flipping? Not everyone can be Tarek and Christina...

There's much easier/less risky strategies to get started in real estate - such as buy and and hold or house hacking.
