Newbie from West Atlanta

Hello Fellow BP members,

This is Sonia from West Atlanta...I am wanting to get started in REI and need to know the best course of action. Have had the desire for 15 years now and have done the home study courses, seminars, webinars, etc, etc. without much success (due to roadblocks i.e., significant capital, stellar credit).

My interests are in tax liens, short sales, possibly rehabbing.

Any/all feedback is much appreciated.
