Newbie investor in Central Virginia

Hello BP! I am a new investor in the Central Virginia area. After months of reading and research, I think it’s finally time to make some moves. I’m interested in buying and holding single family and multi-family units in central Virginia and surrounding areas.

interested in getting involved with buy/hold/rent long plays

I'm also interested in learning/assisting/collaborating with renovation and rehab work.

Essentially my interests are varies, but my experience and expertise are pretty low so my focus is on education, networking and finding mentorship.
