Newbie investor in Central Virginia

Hello BP! I am a new investor in the Central Virginia area. After months of reading and research, I think it’s finally time to make some moves. I’m interested in buying and holding single family and multi-family units in central Virginia and surrounding areas.

interested in getting involved with buy/hold/rent long plays

I'm also interested in learning/assisting/collaborating with renovation and rehab work.

Essentially my interests are varies, but my experience and expertise are pretty low so my focus is on education, networking and finding mentorship.

Hi Montreal,

Welcome -- nice to run into a local! I'm also a new investor in central Virginia seeking to meet and network with fellow investors (new and experienced) in our area.  I see you're interested in buying and holding, as well as rehabs. Myself, I do business as a wholesaler. Right now, I'm working on leads to motivated sellers and serious buyers. If interested in collaborating either now or in the future, feel free to connect!

Welcome Montreal,

You've come to the right place. If you can't reach your REI goals with this amount of resources, then something is definitely wrong. Wish you good fortune and I'm sure I'll see ya around the site.

Hi there! I'm also in central VA. I'm new-ish to this...have two buy/hold/rents (one in DC and one in VA) and I'm looking to add 9 doors to my portfolio over the next 5 years. I'm also looking for networking and education opportunities in our market :)

Hey Montreal I'm about an hour outside of Richmond but frequent for work. We've completed several flips and know the areas pretty well. I'd love to chat sometime about your goals!
