New Member In Dayton Ohio
Im a newer real estate investor in the Dayton Ohio Area. Currently have 1 rental and getting another single family this week. I'm a 23 year old working with my dad and hopefully turning this into a full time job (in engineering now but would love to transition to real estate full time). Just looking to start being active on BP and learn/contribute as much as I can. Interested in all aspects of real estate investing (single family, multi family, long term holds, flips etc.)
