Hello everybody, 

My name is Ricardo De La Rosa and I live in Los Angeles. I am actually currently waiting to take my real estate license exam which is scheduled for early next month. I believe I know at the very least the basics of this amazing real estate world, however I have not yet done any deals. I have read tons of books that are talked about on the podcast, and I am extremely excited to learn as much as I can. Looking forward to meeting some of you.
