Help me analyze this deal
Can anyone help me out with this piece of property? I am new to investing and I would like to know if these numbers look right? Also I would like to know if you guys think its worth my time?

@Tabarus Barton there isn't really a solid checklist, it is more about getting used to the market. If you see most properties you are interested in sell in 3 days and you show up on day 300 it should raise red flags. A good way to find out might be to talk to your agent if you have one or the listing agent which you can find a couple of ways. Another thing I usually do is check if something is on MLS or not by making sure it shows up on realtor.com and/ or Redfin as well as Zillow (anyone can post on Zillow)
