I kept bumping into this website when I was analyzing properties on auction site... Im glad I joined. It's amazing how many friendly people are here! I'm trying to set a goal of obtaining my first deal by end of August. Focusing on Texas Tennessee and Kentucky. I'm a west coast kid who now has hit midlife and wants to build a few rental properties to supplement retirement. I bumped into a tempting property that goes live in a few days.. need to hunt financial numbers to see if deal is possible... Appreciate leads on a "list" of known good lenders. ... I found you from searching hardmoneypros and your forum brought some helpful critical advice.... Appreciate it.... I need to find some non-gimmick lenders and I'm sure they are out there.
