Hungry newcomer from PDX!
New guy here. From the upper left coast.
Currently working with an investor sharpening my construction skills in feilds not to savvy with. Found bigger pockets about 2 months ago and have listened to nearly every episode.
Fascinated by the world real estate can provide for any one as long as they are eager enough to work for it. Would like to start off building wealth by house hacking with the brrrr strategy and move into larger multi family units, one day entire condominium buildings. Great at working with my hands but hoping to get help from you pros on analyzing deals, making them work for me, and just running numbers. Excited to engage and take over this real estate thing!
