​I need a Relator, Lawyer Appraiser and Title company in NYC AREA

I’ve been looking at many properties and every time I speak to a realtor; I feel they do not take my seriously. I’m originally from Florida so my approach may come across uncertain. However, I very certain and ready to go. I have not found a relator who is interested in working with me especially when I mention I need a property with cash flow only. If you are a relator or know a real-estate lawyer and a good appraiser, please refer them to me. Also please tell me what I’m doing wrong.
