Hi Everyone, my name is Eric Miller and I am a newbie to the real estate investing world. I live on the West Side in Pacific Palisades and am eager to learn as much as I can and meet some great people in this space. Specifically, if there's anyone who would be willing to meet up over coffee and help point me in the right direction, that would be fantastic and greatly appreciated!
