New-ish real estate investor from Los Angeles, CA saying hi!
Hey guys, new-ish real estate investor (about 5 years of experience) but brand new here on BiggerPockets (but have been listening to the podcast for the last few months). I currently have 7 properties (21 doors) in Dallas, Austin, Los Angeles, and Phnom Penh. I'm currently a software engineer at Snapchat working on embedded systems and I also am a partner w/ some friends at a crypto fund doing ICO investing.
I'm looking to expand my real estate business, improve my cash flow, move equity into larger property purchases, and execute more advanced strategies.
