Newbie from the Washington DC Metro Area

Hello All,

My name is Ray Jones and I am a new investor in the Washington DC Area.  I am looking to earn passive income through rental properties.  A friend of mine introduced me to Bigger Pockets and I have learned SO much in a very short amount of time from the Podcasts and forums.  I am looking to network with other Real Estate enthusiast in my area as well as in other locations.  Please don't be shy, I love to "talk shop"!
