Newbie from Nevada
I live in Reno and recently down-sized my home and actually made a bit of money!! I currently own 2 rental homes, one in Portland, OR and the other in Reno. I would like to purchase a few more and become more proficient in the management of the properties and my tax structure. Have my RE license now but don't work at it. I'm very impressed with the willingness of everyone here to support and educate one another. I look forward to becoming "incredibly successful" with your help.
