Newbie to the Real Estate Investing Industry

My name is India. I am a Mechanical Engineer in the DFW area. I am seeking to transition into the Real Estate Investing industry. My interests areas are in Wholesaling, Rentals (in and out of state), and potential Fix & Flips! I have a goal of purchasing my first investment by the end of 2018.

If you haven't subscribed to the podcast yet, I can't recommend it highly enough. I lurked in the forums and listened to the podcast for several years before making the leap to buying my first property. The education I received through the podcast was invaluable in giving me the knowledge and confidence to do the first deal. Eight properties later and no looking back now!
