New to BP, and Real Estate investment (N. MS and Memphis Metro)
Hey everyone,
Like (most) some of you I got turned on to the website via the Podcast. I am currently working towards purchasing my first property within the next year. Any advice or guidance is more than welcomed. Also, I am looking to connect with property managers, landlords, real estate agents, and wholesalers as these areas interest me as well. I am looking for additional ways to build capital within real estate for my real estate investments.
