New to Real Estate Investment. What to do?

Hello everybody,

Thank you for taking your time to read this post. As I mentioned above, I am new to this investing business. I want to turn this business into a consistent cash-flow business and buy/flip business. I do not have much money with me (maybe about $100-200) because I just recently quit my job and getting a new job. How do I go along with doing this business with not much money? How would I find sellers or buyers for their apartments, houses, or condos? If it does require money to search for good deals in apartments, houses, and etc. how can I keep it as minimal as possible? I am nervous because I don't have much experiences in business, and this would just be something new that I haven't faced before. I really want to know how this works so I can build a better future in the long run. So if by any chance anybody could help me I would really really appreciate it and it would mean so much to me.
