Hey everyone!

My name is Ryan Clark and as the title states, I'm Canadian :) I work in the real estate marketing arena and do investing on the side. The marketing aspect got me into the "market", and I'm the proud owner of a few condos here and Vancouver. I spend most of my time working, but on the weekends I enjoying driving endlessly all over the island here.
