Good afternoon everyone! 

My name is Cole and I have been listening to the BP podcast for about two years now. I started my part time real estate investment adventure last year when I bought a duplex which I have been house hacking since. I’m currently in the process of purchasing a single family house which I will also house hack while renting out my duplex completely. I currently invest in the Fayetteville/Fort Bragg area since I am stationed there, but I’m thinking of expanding into the Raleigh area as well. I’m still very much a novice, but I have high ambitions to scale my multi-family investing and create a property management company along the way. I look forward to participating in discussions and becoming more involved in the community side of things rather than just reading and listening to the podcasts.
