New to the website long time listener of the podcast
I recently started using the website although I’ve been a fan of the podcasts for awhile now. I’m currently working on improving my financial position as to be ready to purchase a small multifamily property. I have bought and sold a primary residence but I have not yet made the leap into land lording. I’m very Interested In long term buy and hold. I’m currently resIdIng In calIfornia but Intend to relocate to colorado.
