Hello all. My name is Avery. I joined Biggerpockets in the spring of last year. Since then, I have been soaking up all the info I can, sorting out my personal financial position (Biggerpockets money podcast has helped with that), and gathering the courage to take the leap into my first deal. I am particularly interested in the buy and hold aspect of investing, but also recently have taken an interest in flipping. Last winter, I dipped my toes into the waters of real estate. I got my real estate license in the state of Delaware. Since then, I've done a few deals as an agent on the retail side of real estate, but still haven't done any investing myself. Being an agent has definitely taught me a lot about the basics, but I am still looking to keep pushing forward as an investor! This post is me putting myself out there in an effort to hold myself accountable towards my aspirations. I'm looking forward to continuing to learn and connect with some like-minded people!
