Hello Milwaukee!
Hello from beautiful sunny Milwaukee Wisconsin :D.
Brand new to this board, so I'll run the numbers for you:
Bought my first rental property at 20. Worked as a full time Property Manager for over 3-years. Left property management and Sold my Real Estate to purchase a business on Milwaukee's North Side in 2006 Great timing ;)
Anyway. Still young enough now at 31 and undiscouraged, I have recently closed the aforementioned business and have returned back to Real Estate.
My immediate goals are to build my network, secure my mindset, find a mentor, build a flipping business, eliminate remaining business debt, and begin accumulating income properties.
I have begun my marketing campaign, and am continuing my education. I am networking for a mentor, and seeking a private money lender to develop a long-term relationship with.
I am experienced with roofing, landscaping, drywall, plumbing, electrical, masonry, computers, accounting, budgeting, public speaking, planning, training, management, and probably some other stuff too..

Sounds like you have some good experience already. Always glad to hear about young people get started in real estate. There are so many opportunities right now.
