Toronto investor looking to invest in Arizona or Buffalo,NY area

Posted

I am a Toronto investor looking to invest in the Phoenix, Arizona area or Buffalo, New York.

Looking for a one-stop-shop property management company that can take care of everything i.e. tenancy, repairs, suggestions for any good deals.

Any suggestions? Thanks!

Welcome, @Amber W.! Sounds like you've already developed a plan and the markets you want to tackle. I don't have any special insights on Phoenix or Buffalo...except that as a kid growing up in Chicago, Buffalo was the only place I saw on the news that had more snow than we did ;). But that isn't very helpful for your real estate endeavors....

I do have a few tips that may be helpful to you here on the BP website and lead you to some good contacts to help with your questions:

You can set up keyword alerts so anytime someone posts about Phoenix, Buffalo, or property management, you'll be notified. That could be a great way to find and stay engaged with local investors, realtors, property managers and opportunities. http://www.biggerpockets.com/alerts

You can also search for other investors or brokers in your market and follow their journey on Bigger Pockets here: https://www.biggerpockets.com/search/users

And of course, be sure to subscribe to the podcast - so much great info there and always full of inspiration. Guaranteed to be time well spent...

Best of luck to you and I look forward to following your success on BP!
