This is Aku Thomas real estate agent in Ca.

Heading out to Dayton Ohio this Tuesday the 13th to view any 4 unitis for purchase with 20% down preferably 10%

I can only purchase up to 300k or less.

Any lender out there can l go 10% down?

These units have to be rented with good ROI

Sorry for short notice, will need a good agent as well.

Thx

I want to buy and hold 4 Multi units in Phoenix Arizona. I hv 10 % down.

Live in Los Angeles, prices on units are  too high and rents don’t make enough to pay the mortgage, l would hv to come pay more money to pay the mortgage.

Can anyone help or advise me.

Want to own one by end of the year or sooner.

Akuoko Hansen

Next Home Anthem Realty

Thx
