New to real estate investing and want to learn

Hey Everyone!

I'm in grand rapids MI and want to learn more about real estate investments and development. I'm a creative mind and want to put these skills to use but I have no Idea where to start. I was interested in flipping and property management but it would be nice to get into development. Something about improving my community just makes me excited to wake up in the morning and makes me feel like I'm doing something great for others and my community. Does anyone have tips?
