Hello!
My name is Ross Hafler. I am a carpenter that specializes in custom cabinets living in the Sayre, PA area. (About 45 minutes east of Binghampton, NY.) I have been lurking and sitting on the sidelines for about a month now, but I am ready to engage and very eager to learn. I'm currently interested in finding opportunities for both flips, and eventually buy and hold investments of single family homes or small multi-units within 40 minutes of my home. I have a bunch of questions for the other forum categories about finding the best deals, working the numbers, and some specific ones about financing. Although I have excellent credit, banks don't want to lend to me due to less than two years of consecutive self employment history - so I will need to get creative. I look forward to learning and contributing to the community!
