Newbie from Memphis, TN Area Looking to Connect
Hello everyone,
My name is Margo Parks. I am a Memphis native. I currently work full-time as an analyst at a local law firm. When I first started looking into ways to get involved in real estate I found the BiggerPockets podcast which led me here. I decided to start my real estate investing journey by wholesaling. I started my first direct mail campaign last week and I am really excited to experience my first deal. I also want to learn how to fix and flip because my ultimate goal is to use the BRRR method for multi-family properties.
Any advice you may have on these strategies is more than welcome.
