Brand new to Real Estate Investing
Hi I'm James. Looking to start investing in Real estate. I'm looking to hold and flip properties.
I am as brand new as it gets. I am starting college next fall and majoring in real estate development, I just started the How to Invest course here at bigger pockets, and have purchased all the bigger pockets books (thank you cyber Monday deals!). Any other tips to get started?

Congratulations on starting so early in your career. You can learn so many ways. Listen to the numerous podcast that are available. Read as much as you can which I see you have started. Attend local REIA groups. Networking is key as well. Eventually select a market you can focus on otherwise you will be all over the map and you need to simplify things when you are learning.
